膜联蛋白A1和Ki67抗原在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其相互关系 被引量:8

The Expressions of Annexin A1 and Ki67 Antigen in Pancreatic Cancer and Their Interrelation Analysis

摘要 [目的]探讨膜联蛋白A1(annexinA1,ANXA1)在胰腺癌中表达及其与细胞核相关抗原Ki67的相关性。[方法]构建胰腺癌组织芯片,在连续的芯片切片上使用免疫组化法检测ANXA1和Ki67蛋白表达情况,分析两者之间表达的相关性。[结果]胰腺癌组织芯片免疫组化结果显示,ANXA1在胰腺癌中表达的阳性率为71.4%(30/42),明显高于正常胰腺组织中表达的阳性率18.4%(7/38)(P<0.01)。Ki67在胰腺癌中表达的阳性率为69.5%(27/41),也明显高于正常胰腺组织中表达的阳性率23.7%(9/38)(P<0.01)。在胰腺癌中ANXA1与Ki67的表达存在显著的相关性(P<0.01)。[结论]ANXA1蛋白在胰腺癌中的表达明显升高,与Ki67的表达有着显著的相关性。 [Purpose] To investigate the expression of the annexin A1 (ANXA1) in pancreatic cancer and the correlation with Ki67 antigen. [Methods] The expressions of ANXA1 and Ki67 protein were examined for pancreatic cancer and cancer adjacent tissue by immunohistochemistry with the pancreatic cancer tissue microarray. The consecutive slides were used to explore the correlation of ANXA1 and Ki67. [Results] Immunohistochemical results of pancreatic cancer tissue microarray showed that the positive rate of ANXA1 expression in pancreatic cancer was higher than that in normal pancreas tissue 71.4%(30/42) vs. 18.4%(7/38)(P〈0.01). The positive rate of Ki67 expression in pancreatic cancer was also higher than that in normal pancreas tissue 69.5%(27/41) vs. 23.7%(9/38)(P〈0.01). The expression of ANXA1 was significantly correlated to Ki67 in pancreatic cancer(P〈0.01). [Conclusion] The expression of ANXA1 protein significantly increases in pancreatic cancer. The expression of ANXA1 significantly correlates with Ki67.
