奥巴马与美国联邦政府的教育改革 被引量:8

摘要 奥巴马在竞选期间曾描绘了崭新的教育改革蓝图,但联邦政府的政治现实却使得奥巴马上任后仍得继续里根以来即已形成的教育改革路线,无法让联邦政府在教育领域扮演新的改革角色。而美国教师工会以及阿普尔、吉鲁等教育理论家的批判则表明:只有恢复原本丰富的教师及地方教育创造力,美国教育才可能摆脱里根政府以来的困境,获得新生希望。
