大学毕业生的可雇佣性研究:分析视角、构成维度和测量方法 被引量:19

摘要 提升大学毕业生的可雇佣性以应对日趋严峻的就业环境,是中国等众多国家高度关注的问题。本研究基于国外关于可雇佣性研究的三个视角(国家劳动力市场的视角、人力资源管理和职业心理学的视角以及大学毕业生个体的视角),对"可雇佣性"这一概念的界定、构成维度和测量方法的研究进行分析比较,并对国内的研究进行了评述。在此基础上,本研究提出对大学毕业生可雇佣性的理解,并分析了国内未来关于可雇佣性这一主题可能的研究方向。
