氯氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯的生殖毒性研究进展 被引量:28

摘要 氯氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯是在我国被广泛使用的Ⅱ型拟除虫菊酯类农药。在许多食物中检测出其残留,因此,其对生殖健康的潜在危害不容忽视。动物实验显示,氯氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯可破坏生精小管和精子的发生,导致活精率及精子活动度降低,血清和睾丸中的睾酮、黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素水平发生变化,并可导致卵巢组织空泡化,阴道开口率增加,开口时间提前,卵巢、子宫、阴道重量发生变化,但其作用机制尚不清楚。该文对近年来氯氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯的生殖毒性研究进展作一综述。 Cypermethrin and beta-cypermethrin are type Ⅱ pyrethroid insecticides which are widely used in China. For their residues can be detected in many foods,the impact of them on reproductive health can not be neglected. Reproductive toxicity studies on animals have showed cypermethrin and beta-cypermethrin could damage seminiferous tubule and spermiogenesis, it can also lead to decreased viability and motility of sperm and changed levels of testosterone,luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone in serum and testicle. Furthermore, vacuolization in ovary tissue,increased aperture opening ratio of vagina, advanced aperture opening time and changed weight of ovary, uterus and vagina have been observed in female mammal exposed cypermethrin and beta-cypermethrin. The mechanism of their reproductive toxicity is still unknown. This paper reviewed the recent researches on reproductive toxicity of cypermethrin and beta-cypermethrin.
