摘要
目的建立水中硫醇、硫醚类致嗅物的气相色谱.质谱测定法。方法采用吹扫.捕集法对水中4种硫醇、硫醚进行富集,热解吸后导入气相色谱.质谱仪中用选择离子检测模式(SIM)同时进行测定。结果4种硫醇和硫醚的线性相关系数为0.9965-0.9994,样品加标回收率为95.2%~98.2%,RSD〈3%,检出限≤3ng/L。结论该方法操作简便、快速,适合于检测水中硫醇、硫醚类致嗅物的含量。
Objective To establish a new method for the rapid determination of thioaleohol and thioether in water. Methods Tbioalcohol and thioether compounds were extracted by purge-and-trap and separated by GC. Results The linear correlation coefficients of thioaleohol and thioether were between 0.996 5 and 0.999 4. The average rates of recovery were between 95.2% and 98.2%. The relative standard deviation was less than 3%(n=6), with limits of detection (3S/N) less than 3 ng/L. Conclusion The method established in the study is applicable tothe determination of thioaleohol and thioether in water for it's precision, accuracy and sensitivity.
