微囊藻毒素对人群健康影响的流行病学研究进展 被引量:5

Effect of Microcystins Exposure on Human Health:advance of epidemiological study

摘要 近年来,有害藻类引起的水华日趋频繁,其产生了大量对动植物和人类健康有极大危害的微囊藻毒素(microcystins,MCs)。MCs性质稳定,难于分解和去除。长期暴露在MCs环境中会对人体产生许多危害。该文从MCs暴露途径、人群健康效应等方面介绍了MCs对人群健康影响的流行病学研究进展,并提出MCs对人群健康影响是今后的研究方向。 In recent years, toxic cyanobacterial blooms happened frequently, it can produce various natural toxins, especially the hepatotoxic microcystins which may have adverse effects on organism and people. MCs characterized stable and difficult to be resolved and removed. Long-term exposure to MCs is harmful to human heahh. This paper summarized the recent researches on MCs in epidemiological field, such as the route of exposure, the health effects, and presented the further studies.
