浅析矿产资源储备基地选择的影响因素

Analysis onfactors of mineral resources reserve base selection

全国矿产资源规划指出,从2008～2015年,我国将建立矿产地储备机制,建立10～20个大中型特殊煤种和稀缺煤种井田储备,10～30个大中型重要矿产的矿产地储备,这标志着我国矿产地储备已提上日程。本文从纲领性文件、产业结构调整、自然资源禀赋以及人类经济活动四个方面,就矿产地储备地点选择的影响因素进行了深入的分析,供决策部门参考。

National Mineral Resource Planning poonted out that from 2008 to 2015,China will estab-lish a mineral reserve mechanism,the establishment of 10-20 medium-sized coal mine field of special and scarce coals,10-30 medium,and large reserves of important minerals mineral reserves.This indicates that China＇s mineral reserves have been put on the agenda.In this paper,we give a in-depth analysis on affecting factors from programmatic document,industrial restructuring,natural resource endowments and human economic activity.
