摘要
某矿石是一种含铅锌多金属氧化矿,铅锌氧化率分别高达56.30%和93.9%。本次试验采用摇床重选,摇床精矿经再磨-浮选、摇床尾矿直接进入浮选流程。选别流程为依次优先选别硫化铅矿物、铅氧化矿及锌氧化矿,获得了硫化铅精矿产率为7.65%、铅品位为61.00%、铅回收率为43.82%;氧化铅精矿产率10.15%、铅品位51.41%、铅回收率49.00%;氧化锌精矿产率为23.22%、锌品位为45.77%、锌回收率为85.02%的选别指标。
The oxidation rate of a lead and zinc mult-metal oxidation mineral is 56.30%and 93.9%.The index of sulfuration lead of concentrate yield rate being 7.65%,Pb grade being 61.00%、Pb recovery being 43.82% sulfuration lead,oxidation lead of concentrate yield being 10.15%,Pb grade being 51.41%,Pb recovery being 49.00%,oxidation zinc of concentrate yield being 23.22%,Zn grade being 45.77%,Zn recovery being 85.02% was got on the condition of the flowsheet of shaking table separate,regringing and flotating table concentrate and directness flotating table tailing,flotation flowsheet being sulfuration lead priority flotation of sulfuration lead,oxidation lead and oxidation zinc in turn.
