摘要 本文针对云南某地鲕状赤铁矿含硫(重晶石型)高、品位低、粒度微细、嵌布关系复杂的特点,在磨矿细度-0.074mm65%条件下,采用SLon脉动高梯度磁选机强磁选抛尾,得到品位51.21%、回收率74.32%的粗铁精矿;然后,将粗精矿再磨至-0.074mm95%后采用反浮选,得品位59.24%、作业回收率79.56%、含硫0.11%的铁精矿,铁总回收率达到59.13%。 Oolitic hematite from Yunnan province bearing characteristics of high content of sulphur(barite-type),low grade,fine grain,complex composition has been studied.The rough iron concentrate with recovery of 74.32% and grade of 51.21% Fe can be obtained by using Slon impulsive high gradient magnetic separator to discard tailings with the grinding fineness of 65% -0.074mm.Then the rough concentrate is regrinding down to 95%-0.074mm and is treated by reverse flotation to produce a final concentrate with the operation recovery of 79.56% and the iron grade of 59.24%,and the total recovery of iron could reach 59.13%.
