摘要
本文通过室内试验,对江西某含泥铀矿石的性质、粒级组成、铀分布、矿石的浸出性能、矿浆浸出性能等进行了研究。该矿石细泥约占矿样总重的30%左右,细泥含U品位高,矿石不能直接用堆浸法处理。细泥矿浆沉降性能差,固液分离困难。在一定条件下,矿样中U的浸出率可达87.5%。为研究该矿石回收铀的工艺试验提供参考。
This article by laboratory test,study clay bearing uranium ore properties of Jiangxi,fraction composition,distribution of uranium,leaching properties of uranium ore,ore pulp leaching performance,etc.The fine clay of ore account for samples total weight of 30% or so,fine clay high grade with U,it cannot directly use heap leaching method.Fine clay slurry subsidence poor performance,solid-liquid separation difficulties.In certain conditions,ore samples in U of leaching 87.5%.To study the process of uranium ore recovery test to provide reference.
