氨甲喋呤局部注射和中药治疗异位妊娠临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy Combined Local Injection of Methotrexate

目的探讨阴道彩超引导下局部注射氨甲喋呤(MTX)加口服中药治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法 136例早期输卵管妊娠患者随即分成2组,每组68例。A组:阴式彩超引导下局部注射MTX加口服中药;B组:单次肌肉注射MTX;比较各组治愈率。结果 A.B组间治愈率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论局部注射MTX加中药保守疗法对异位妊娠是一种经济、有效、无创的治疗方法 。

Objective To investigate the feasibility of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound-guided local injection of methotrexate （MTX） plus oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Totally 136 cases of early tubal pregnancy then divided into two groups 68 patients in each.A：Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound-guided local injection of MTX plus oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine;B Group：single intramuscular injection of MTX;compare cure rates in each group.Results Between the two groups there was significant difference in cure rate （P0.05）.Conclusion Local injection of MTX and traditional Chinese medicine conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy is an economic,effective,non-invasive method of treatment.
