尿红细胞形态鉴别血尿来源的应用价值探讨

Exploration of Value of Uric Blood Cell Shape Differentiating Hematuria Resource

目的探讨尿红细胞形态鉴别血尿来源的价值。方法对170例血尿标本镜下观察红细胞的形态和百分率的结果进行分析。结果尿异形红细胞诊断肾小球性血尿的敏感性为93.1%,特异性为92.5%。结论尿红细胞形态对血尿的来源诊断,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study on the value of blood uric resource by identificating erythrocytic shape of urine.Methods Analyse the case history of 170 clinical hematuria patients and the statistical result of shapes and percentage of red blood cells observing under the microscope.Results The diagnostic sensitivity of glomerular heamaturia was 93.1% and the specificity was 92.5% by shaped red blood cells in urine.Conclusion Observing shapes of red blood cells under microscope has high applied value when distinguishing the source and character of hematuria.
