急性心肌梗死患者的中西医结合治疗观察

Integrated Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的观察中西医结合治疗急性心肌梗塞的临床疗效。方法将180例急性心肌梗死患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,对照组90例采用西药常规治疗,治疗组90例在西药治疗的基础上加服栝蒌薤白半夏汤,1剂/d,口服。结果治疗组痊愈68例,有效16例,无效6例,总有效率92.6%。对照组痊愈36例,有效30例,无效24例,总有效率66.7%。两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以栝蒌薤白半夏汤结合常规西药治疗急性心肌梗死疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods Totally 180 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,control group 90 cases treated with conventional western medicine,the treatment group 90 cases on the basis of western medicine add Gualou Xiebai Banxia Tang,l agent/d,oral.Results In the treatment group 68 cases,16 cases valid,6 cases invalid,total effective rate was 92.6%.Control group,36 cases recovered,30 cases valid,invalid 24 cases,the total effective rate 66.7%.The total effective rate was significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Decoction Gualou Xiebai combined with conventional western medicine treating acute myocardial infarction was more effective than western medicine only.
