摘要
目的观察脂肪组织行鼓膜修补术的临床疗效。方法本组50例患者,通过手术适应证选择,对选定的外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者,应用自体脂肪组织进行嵌顿修补。结果通过修补48例患者Ⅰ期愈合,2例患者因其他原因,经二次修补愈合,修补后的鼓膜与正常鼓膜一致,鼓膜运动良好,听力提高。结论脂肪移植鼓膜修补术具有取材方便、手术时间短、痛苦小、费用低等优点,是治疗鼓膜紧张部中央性小穿孔的实用、有效的方法 。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy the fatty tissues eardrum repair.Methods The group of 50 patients through surgery indications choice of selected patients with traumatic perforation of the tympanic membrane,the application of body fat tissue for incarcerated repair.Results 48 cases of patients with repair Ⅰ healing,2 patients because of other reasons,a second repair healing,mending the eardrum is consistent with the normal drum,drum moue good,raising the hearing.Conclusion The fat transplantation eardrum has a short time,suffering small,low-cost advantages,is the effective for treatment of the central nervous eardrum perforation.
