重度子痫前期终止妊娠时机及方式探讨

目的探讨早发型重度子痫前期的终止妊娠时机、方式及预后。方法对2006年1月-2009年11月收治的重度子痫前期患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果阴道分娩组新生儿窒息率及新生儿死亡率分别为36.4%和18.2%,剖宫产组新生儿窒息率及死亡率分别为17.1%及5.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对重度子痫前期的孕妇,应采取积极的规范化治疗措施,适时终止妊娠,终止妊娠的方式以剖宫产为宜。

Objective To investigate the effect of timing of pregnancy termination on maternal and fetal outcomes in early onset severe pre-eclampsia.Methods The hospital in January 2006-2009 years,severe pre-eclampsia in patients with clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results The vaginal delivery group the rate of neonatal asphyxia and neonatal death rates were 36.4% and 18.2%,cesarean section group neonatal asphyxia and death rates were 17.1% and 5.7%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The active therapy measure should be taken to terminate pregnancy timely and the way of termination suitable is Caesarean.
