基于国外最佳实践对我国数字档案馆建设的几点思考

数字档案馆是传统档案馆在信息时代的数字化具象。无论具体的概念内涵或者建设模式如何,数字档案馆都毫无异议地成为各国开展档案信息化建设不可忽略的一项。作者以数字档案馆研究的基础模型为基础,全面考察了国外较有代表性的数字档案馆项目。通过对这些项目的归类分析,作者进而提出我国开展数字档案馆建设过程应该关注的一些问题及相应的对策建议。

Digital archives is the concrete digital form of traditional archives in information era.No matter what exact it looks like,digital archives undoubtfully becomes a necessary part of archives informationisation.The paper starts with the proposal of digital archives paradigm,based on which the author studies on the best practice of digital archives projects abroad.Through systematical classification and analysis,the author furthermore puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to in the process of digital archives construction and their solutions.
