业务规则管理在档案信息资源管理系统中的应用

为建设高效、辅助决策且易于维护的档案信息资源管理系统,本文提出将业务规则管理的思想和技术应用于档案信息资源管理系统的改进,研发档案业务规则管理系统。文章首先提出现有档案信息资源管理系统存在的问题,然后将业务规则管理技术应用于档案信息资源管理,解决了传统信息管理系统的问题,最后阐述了业务规则管理系统的基本原理并设计出档案业务规则管理系统的总体结构。

In order to construct the archives information resource management system which is highly effective,auxiliary decision-making and also easy to maintain,this paper proposes to apply the thought and technology of BRM in the archives management system and to develop an ABRMS.Firstly,the paper presents some problems of the existing AIMS.Then it proposes to apply the technology of BRM in the AIMS to resolve the problems and discusses the definition and the gain of ABR.At last,the paper expounds the principle of BRM and designs the overall structure of ABRMS.
