结直肠癌患者血脂、白细胞和维生素E水平分析

The Current Status of Blood Lipids,WBC and Vitamin E with Human Colorectal Cancer

目的探讨结、直肠癌患者血脂、白细胞(WBC)和维生素E(VE)水平。方法对139例结、直肠癌住院患者和125例社区健康人群分别检测血脂水平、WBC计数和VE,并分析WBC、VE与血脂的相关性。使用单因素Logistic回归分析计算OR值。结果病例组血浆甘油三酯(TG)、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)和WBC水平均高于对照组,而血浆高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和VE水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。高TG和高WBC患结、直肠癌的OR值分别为1.757和5.897;低HDL-C患结、直肠癌OR值为2.552,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。WBC与TG、VLDL-C呈正相关(r>1),与HDL-C呈负相关(r<1);VE与HDL-C呈正相关(r>1),与TG、VLDL-C呈负相关(r<1)。结论血脂、WBC和VE可能与结、直肠癌相关。

Objective To investigate the current status of blood lipids, white blood cell （WBC） and vitamin E （VE） with colorectal cancer. Methods This study consisted of 139 coloreetal cancer cases and 125 healthy controls. Lipids profile, WBC and VE were detected, then compare the level of blood lipid,the count of WBC ,and VE in both group and analyze the correlation of WBC and VE with blood lipid. Basic logistic regression models were used to evaluate relative risks. Results The result indicated that the level of TG, VLDL-C, and WBC were significantly associated with an increased risk of colorectal cancer （P〈0.05）. The odds ratio （OR） for TG and WBC was 1.757 and 5.897, respectively. The level of HDL-C and vitamin E were significantly associated with a decreased risk of colorectal cancer （P〈0.05）. The OR for HDL-C was 2.552. There were no significant associations of the TC and LDL-C levels with the risk of colorectal cancer （P〉0.05）. The other kind of blood lipid and VE levels were not significantly associated with the risk of colorectal cancer （P〉0.05）. The WBC level showed positive associations with the level of TG and VLDL-C, however, negative association with the level of HDL-C. Furthermore, the VE level showed positive association with the level of HDL-C, however, negative associations with the level of TG and VLDL-C. Conclusion The blood lipids, WBC and E may be correlated with colorectal cancer, and the WBC, the level of TG and VLDL-C are closely correlated with colorectal cancer.
