摘要 侵袭性肺曲霉菌病（ invasive pulmonary aspergillosis, IPA）是曲霉菌侵入肺组织引起的深部真菌感染性疾病，主要发生在免疫低下人群。近年来，随着广谱抗生素、糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂的长期应用，已有一些慢性病生存时间延长，各种导管介入性治疗和器官移植治疗的深入开展，
