摘要
从全球范围看,高尿酸血症(HUA)及代谢综合征(MS)的患病率呈明显上升趋势。尽管在我国开展了不少HUA及MS的研究工作,但其发病率仍持续升高,主要原因是对HUA及MS的预防和危险因素的控制还缺乏应有的重视。膳食因素作为危险因素之一在该病的发生、发展过程中起到了推波助澜的作用。该文将对国内外HUA及MS的流行现状、膳食因素与HUA及MS的相互关系作一综述,通过日常膳食控制达到降低人群的血尿酸水平,预防及减少MS的发生。
The prevalence of hyperuricemia (HUA) and metabolic syndrome (MS) significantly rose on a worldwide basis. Although a number of research work about HUA and MS were carried out in our country, the incidence of HUA and MS continued to rise, the main reason is that the prevention and control to the risk factors for HUA and MS has not been given clue attention. Dietary factor as a risk factor has played a fueled role in the occurrence and development process of these diseases. The epidemiological status at home and abroad about HUA and MS, their relationship with dietary factors are reviewed in this paper.
