芪苈强心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭患者血管紧张素Ⅱ的影响

The Effection of Traditional Chinese Drug QILIQIANGXIN Caps on the Level of AngiotoninII in Patient with Chronic Heart Failure

目的:观察芪苈强心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭患者血管紧张素Ⅱ的影响,探讨芪苈强心胶囊的作用机制。方法:入选86例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,均给予ACEI类、利尿剂、卡维地洛或倍他乐克和地戈辛等常规西药治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加服芪苈强心胶囊4粒,3次/d。治疗4周后观察两组患者血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngII)水平的变化。结果:①治疗后两组患者血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ水平与治疗前比较均下降(P<0.05),且观察组下降更明显,与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。②观察组显效率及总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。③两组患者均无不良事件发生。结论:芪苈强心胶囊联合常规西药,可有效地降低心衰患者血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ水平、提高临床疗效,并且无不良反应。

Objective：To investigate the influence of Qiliqiangxin caps on the level of angiotoninII in patient with chronic heart failure and the mechanisem of Qiliqiangxin caps on patient with chronic heart failure.Methods：86 patients with chronic heart failure were selected and divided into control group and observation group randomly.The patienets in control group were given angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor,diuretic,carvedilol or metoprolol and dixina and so on.The patienets in observation group were given Qiliqiangxin caps extra.The level of angiotoninII in all patients were detected after therapy 4weeks.Results：①The level of angiotoninII in all patients decreased after therapy 4weeks（P 0.05）,while the observation group decreased furthermore（P 0.05）.②The total excellent rate and effective rate wre higher of observation group than control group（P 0.05）.③There was no harmful events in these groups.Conclusion：Qiliqiangxin caps can decrease the level of angiotoninII and increase the clinic curative effect in patients with chronic heart failure.While there was no harmful events.
