超声定位注射配合活血通络方治疗肱二头肌腱炎

Ultrasound Localization Injection with Huoxuetongluofang Brachial two Experiences of Tendinitis

目的:探讨在超声引导下,定点定位注射治疗肱二头肌腱炎同时配合口服活血通络方的临床价值。方法:借助超声影像同步经皮直接注射药物至肱二头肌腱腱鞘内,同时配合口服活血通络方,治疗肱二头肌腱炎35例,观察各个疗程症状缓解情况及AESE评分对比治疗前后变化。结果:治疗后第2～6个月的ASES评分与治疗前比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05),治疗后症状缓解。结论:在超声引导下,于监视下定点定位的注射药物,准确的直达病灶,疗效显著。

Objective：To evaluate ultrasound-guided,fixed-point injection with Huoxuetongluofang therapy targeted tendinitis Brachial two clinical value.Methods：Using ultrasound imaging simultaneous percutaneous direct injection of drugs to the brachial two tendon sheath,the treatment of tendinitis Brachial two of 35 cases were observed in all treatment conditions and AESE remission rate compared before and after treatment change.Results：After treatment,the first 2 to 6 months of the ASES score before treatment was significant difference （P 0.05）,symptom relief after treatment.Conclusion：Ultrasound-guided,at point-positioning under the surveillance of injectable medicines,direct and accurate lesions,efficacy remarkable.
