雷公藤多苷致雄性生殖功能损害研究进展

雷公藤多苷作为目前中药治疗肾脏疾病最有效的药物之一,其不良反应表现日益突出。就雷公藤多苷致雄性生殖损害作一综述,从病理生理、生殖内分泌、分子机制、基因遗传等多角度探讨其作用机制。中医认为"肾主生殖",精子的生成有赖于肾阴的濡养和肾阳的温煦,故精子的数量和质量取决于肾中真阳真阴的盛衰,以补肾填精温阳法为治疗之要旨。文章从现代医学和传统中医两方面阐述雷公藤多苷对雄性生殖系统损伤的作用机制,为更安全和广泛的应用雷公藤多苷提供了理论和实验依据。

GTW has marked treatment action of kidney disease,such clinical rate happening untoward reaction is also high.In this review,we summarized the research progress on the mechanism of GTW action to male reproductive ability from the angles of pathophysiology,reproductive endocrinology,biochemistry and molecular biology,genetic analysis.In Chinese medicine,kidney govern reproduction.The entire process of sperm production depends on kidney-yin and kidney-yang.The treatment of nourishing kidney-essence and warming kidney-yang is important.This review supplied theory and experiment foundation in the interest of securer and wide-ranging application of GTW.
