摘要
新近研制成功的半钢化真空玻璃解决了普通真空玻璃强度不够的技术瓶颈。经检测,多项指标都大大超过普通真空玻璃和中空玻璃。复合夹层半钢化真空玻璃的安全性、节能性、隔声性等综合性能优势更为明显,将成为建筑门窗幕墙玻璃的新星。一条自动化半钢化真空玻璃生产线即将设计完成,与现有中试线相比,该生产线可实现规模化连续生产,将大大提高产品质量和成品率,降低生产能耗和成本。投产后将解决真空玻璃产业化的另一瓶颈——硬件设备落后的问题,使真空玻璃产业化迈向新的台阶。
The newly developed heat-strengthened vacuum glazing has eased the bottleneck due to low strength of common vacuum glazing.Test results showed that its main performance indices are much better than the common vacuum glazing and insulating glass,and the composite type of the glazing is superior obviously in safety,energy saving and sound insulation.It will be a hot item as favorable material for windows,doors and curtain walls.An automatic line for the vacuum glazing production has been designed and will be completed soon.Compared with the pilot-scale line,the automatic line can achieve continuous batch production,thus improving greatly the product quality and rate of finished products and reducing the energy consumption and costs.Commissioning the line will ease another bottleneck,ie.,outdated equipment,so as to update the vacuum glazing industry as quick as possible.
