直管磁过滤弧离子镀Cr+CrN复合涂层提高304不锈钢耐磨损特性研究

摘要 采用直管磁过滤弧离子镀在304不锈钢表面沉积Cr+CrN复合涂层,分别运用XRD、光学显微镜、显微硬度计、摩擦磨损仪测试分析了其组成结构及表面机械性能。结果表明:直管磁过滤弧离子镀Cr+CrN复合涂层呈现出致密、均匀的表面形貌,且具有高硬度、低摩擦系数等优异的表面机械性能,显著提高了304不锈钢表面的耐摩擦磨损特性。 Investigates experimentally the wearability of the 304 stainless steel on which the Cr/CrN multilayer coating was formed by the straight-tube magnetic filtering arc ion plating.The chemical composition,surface structure and mechanical properties of the coating were investigated by XRD,optical microscopy,micro-hardness tester and pin-on-disk tribometer.The results indicated that the coating provides the stainless steel with compact and smooth surface morphology with high hardness and low friction coefficient especially the high wearability.The mechanical properties of the steel are thus improved significantly.
