摘要
以Y 0909-12为原始菌株,经过亚硝基胍诱变后,采用链霉素进行抗性筛选,得到一株高产菌株Y 0910-67,其效价较对照高出16.9%。
Streptomyces avermitilis Y 0909-12 was used as the original strain in the experiment.The Y 0910-67 was ob-tained by NTG mutagenesis and streptomycin-resistant screening,the titers of which was 16.9% higher than the original strain.
