中医健康教育路径对CSⅡ患者的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Chinese Medicine Health Education Path on CSⅡ Patients

目的探讨中医健康教育路径在首次应用胰岛素泵持续皮下输注胰岛素(CSII)患者中的效果。方法采用随机抽样的方法将首次应用胰岛素泵治疗的120例患者分成两组,每组各60例,对照组采用传统健康教育法,观察组采用中医健康教育路径进行健康教育,观察比较两组首次应用胰岛素泵强化治疗患者相关知识掌握、饮食、药物治疗依从性、血糖波动情况及患者满意度。结果观察组患者胰岛素泵相关知识掌握、治疗依从性、血糖波动情况、患者满意度与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中医健康教育路径可提高首次应用胰岛素泵强化治疗患者的认知能力、遵医行为、满意度,对血糖的控制有积极作用,达到满意的护理效果。

Object：This paper is to research the effect of health education path on diabetics who use insulin pump for the first time.Methods：120 patients using insulin pump for the first time were divided into two groups by random sampling,either of groups had 60 patients.For health education,matched group accepted traditional health education and observed group accepted health education path.Two groups were observed and compared in mastery of knowledge,diet,medication adherence,blood sugar fluctuation and degree of satisfaction.Results：There is remarkable difference between observed group and matched group.Conclusion：Health path can improve cognition ability,compliance and satisfaction degree of patients who use insulin pump for the first time.It has positive effects on controlling blood sugar and achieves satisfactory nursing effects.
