摘要
目的探讨纯中药制剂黄龙四苓片对自发性高血压(Spontancously hypertensive rats,SHR)大鼠血压的影响及其机制。方法 30只雄性自发性高血压大鼠随机分为模型组、黄龙四苓片高剂量组、黄龙四苓片中剂量组、黄龙四苓片低剂量组、卡托普利组,应用经尾动脉测量血压,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测大鼠血浆儿茶酚胺。结果黄龙四苓片高、中、低组均能抑制自发性高血压大鼠血压升高,黄龙四苓片高、中剂量能明显降低自发性高血压大鼠儿茶酚胺的含量。结论黄龙四苓片能够降低自发性高血压大鼠的血压,其机理可能是降低血浆中儿茶酚胺的含量来实现的。
Objective To investigate the Chinese medicine Huanglong Siling tablets on spontaneously hypertensive rats'(SHR) blood pressure and its mechanism.Methods 30 male spontaneously hypertensive rats were randomly divided into distilled water model group,Huanglong Siling tablets high-dose group,Huanglongbing tablets middle dose group,Huanglongbing tablets low dose group,captopril group and normal control group,the application via the tail artery blood pressure,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) detection of plasma catecholamines.Results Huanglong Siling tablets of high,middle and low groups are able to inhibit blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats,Huanglong Siling tablets of high,medium significantly decreased the levels of catecholamines in spontaneously hypertensive rats.Conclusion Huanglong Siling tablets can reduce blood pressure in hypertensive rats and its mechanism may be to lower plasma levels of catecholamines achieved.
