中西医结合治疗外伤性前房积血

Treatment Of Traumatic Hyphema With Combined Tradational Medicine

目的观察中西医结合治疗外伤性前房积血的临床疗效。方法对68例(68眼)外伤性前房积血患者进行中西医结合治疗,观察前房积血吸收及视力改善情况。结果 68例外伤性前房积血病人经治疗前房积血完全吸收的62例(91%),4例(6%)行前房穿刺冲洗术,2例(3%)行小梁切除术。视力恢复<0.05者2例(3%),0.05～0.3者5例(7%),0.3～0.5者8例(12%),0.5～0.8者22例(32%),1.0以上31例(46%)。结论中西医结合治疗外伤性前房积血可以明显改善视功能。

Objectice To observe the clinical effect of chinese and western medicine on traumatic hyphema.Methods combined chinese and western medicine was used in 62 pationts of traumatic hyphema,absorption and vision improvement situation was observed.Results Among the 68cases,62cases of traumativ hyphema were complete absorption,4cases were performed pun cture of anterior chamber,2cases were performed trabe culectomy.The visual acuity of most patients recorered up to more than 0.5.Conclusions the cooperation of Chinese and western medicine is a reliable method for treatment of traumatic hyphema.
