欧盟食品安全标准对我国食品出口的影响

Effects of Food Safety Standards in EU on the Food Export of China

食品安全标准在国际食品贸易中日益引起关注。发达国家的食品安全标准一方面是出于维护本国食品安全的需要,另一方面对部分食品出口国构成了贸易壁垒。文章从欧盟的视角分析了食品安全标准构成贸易壁垒的原因以及未来的发展趋势,然后,结合我国食品安全标准存在的问题,就我国如何突破欧盟食品安全标准壁垒提出对策建议。

Food safety standards have aroused concerns in international food trade.The aim of food safety standards of developed countries is to protect their domestic food safety.On the other hand,they form technical barriers of trade（TBT）for some food exporting countries.Based on EU,this paper analyzes the reasons why food safety standards lead to TBT and their developing trends in the future.Then combined with the problems of food safety standards in China,some countermeasures are given to break the barrier of food safety standards in EU.
