摘要
放射状角膜切开术简称RK(Radialkeratotomy)手术,是通过对人眼角膜进行放射状切开手术,来恢复视力的一种矫正近视的方法。这种手术的近视矫正机理怎样,人眼角膜在被部分切开后的变形状况如何,依从什么变形规律,术后角膜的受力情况怎样,每个手术参数对手术效果各自起到什么样的作用和影响,这些问题都有待于专业医生和相关科技人员共同进一步深入探寻。本文试图通过对角膜几何模型的构造,运用已知角膜的力学性能和结构特性,以有限元法为基本计算方法,以ANSYS软件为直接工具,对这一手术的结果进行模拟,研究了刀口数目,刀口深度,眼压大小,中央视区的大小等手术参量对手术效果的影响,通过计算得出角膜术后的变形规律,找出角膜术后应力集中的区域,初步探究了手术的机理。
Radial keratotomy is simplified as RK.The operation is a method to cut cornea to do myopia sight correction. The following questions are to be studied further by professional doctors and related scientific and technical people: ①what is the mechanism of myopia correction, ②how is the alteration of the operated part of the cornea, ③what is low about the alteration, ④what is the effect and influence of each parameter of the operation? It was intended to construct geometric models of cornea, to use known mechanic properties of cornea, Finile Element as basic computing method, and software of ANSYS as a direct tool, to simulate results of the operation. The parameters and their effects were studied: number of cuts, depth of cuts, eye pressures, size of central field of view. Laws of alteration of cornea were found through computing, and stress concentration zones after operation were found also.A primary study on the mechanism of the operation was carried out.
