中西医结合治疗隆乳术后并发症的临床应用

Clinical application of combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of complications after breast augmentation

目的探讨中西医结合治疗隆乳术后并发症的临床疗效。方法选择在本院就诊的隆乳术后并发症的患者32例,随机分成观察组和对照组两组,对照组患者直接手术;观察组患者口服云南白药0.5g/次,3次/d,3d后进行手术。结果观察组术后总失血量明显少于对照组,具有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论采用中西医结合治疗隆乳术后并发症疗效佳,建议临床进一步推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect about combinationof Chinese and Westernmedicine treatment of complications after breast augmentation. Methods Select augmentation patients,32 cases were randomly divided into two groups and control group,control group patients were operated directly; The patients oral Yunnanbaiyao 0. 5 g/time,3 times/day,3 days surgery. Results Observation group,postoperative blood loss was significantly less than the control group,with significant differences（ P 0. 01） . Conclusion Combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of complications after breast augmentation is effective,the proposed clinical further.
