妊娠期糖代谢异常与乙型肝炎病毒携带关系的探讨

Study the relationship between abnormal glucose metabolism during pregnancy and hepatitis B virus carriers

目的探讨妊娠期糖代谢异常与乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)携带的关系。方法选择2009年7月至2010年3月间我院住院分娩的妊娠期糖代谢异常患者97例,其中妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)47例作为GDM组,妊娠期糖耐量减低(GIGT)50例作为GIGT组,选同期非妊娠期糖代谢异常产妇45例作对照组,收集各组患者乙肝病毒携带情况等资料并分析。结果 GDM组50例,HBV携带者4例,GIGT组47例,HBV携带者6例,对照组HBV携带者7例,GDM组和GIGT组与对照组比较均P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论妊娠期糖代谢异常与乙型肝炎病毒携带无关。

Objective To investigate the relationship of the abnormal glucose metabolism during pregnancy and hepatitis B virus（ HBV） carry. Methods From July 2009 to March 2010 hospital deliveries in our hospital in patients with abnormal glucose metabolism during pregnancy in 97 cases,including gestational diabetes mellitus（ GDM） 47cases were used as GDM group,gestational impaired glucose tolerance（ GIGT） 50 cases,As GIGT group,select the same period in non-pregnant mothers with abnormal glucose metabolism as the control group 45 cases,collected from each group of patients carrying hepatitis B virus,such as information and analysis of the situation. Results GDM group,50 patients,HBV carriers in 4 cases,GIGT group of 47 patients,HBV carriers in 6 cases,7 cases of the control group HBV carriers,GDM group and GIGT group and the control group were P 0. 05,the difference was not statistically significance. Conclusion Pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism has nothing to do with the hepatitis B virus carrier.
