Whether it is applicable and how to apply will require a long-term consideration according to the situation. The value of the criminal reconciliation in the indictment stage is obviously and it will be a normal state in the rule of law times afterwards. Promotion of criminal reconciliation needs theoretical study and practical experience, which can not be separated from the guidance of laws and regula tions. This article constructs a mode of criminal reconciliation, hoping that the criminal reconciliation in the indictment stage can become a system to improve criminal judicature.
