摘要
目的:探讨Ge132对荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用及其抗肿瘤免疫效应机制。方法:以荷瘤小鼠为模型,采用腹腔注射Ge132[100、300mg/(kg·d)],连续注射14d,观察肿瘤生长及Ge132对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果:Ge132能显著抑制荷瘤小鼠S180肉瘤的生长,抑瘤率达55%。Ge132对荷瘤小鼠受抑的细胞免疫功能具有明显正向调节作用,能提高T淋巴细胞增殖及IL2产生能力,增强NK和LAK细胞活性。结论:Ge132能明显抑制肿瘤的生长,Ge132的免疫增强效应可能是其发挥抗肿瘤作用的重要途径。
Objective: In order to investigate the antitumor effect of Ge132 and its immunological mechanisms. Methods: The tumor-bearing mice were treated with Ge132(100mg/kgd and 300mg/kgd ) and 14 days later to observe the effect of Ge132 on the tumor growth and the immunological functions in tumorbearing mice. Results: Ge132 inhibited the growth of S180 sarcoma significantly and promote the lymphocytic proliferation and IL2 producing ability of spleen cells in S180bearing mice. Ge132 enhanced significantly the activities of NK cells and LAK cells in tumorbearing mice. Conclusion: These results suggested that Ge132 could obviously inhibit the growth of tumor in mice and the antitumor effect of Ge132 might be mediated by inducing the antitumor immunity of the host.
