摘要
油气电加热设备中电加热棒运行寿命是基本相同的,在不满负荷运行的情况下,有的一直运行,有的闲置,造成电加热棒整体使用寿命降低。运用优化控制原理建立了电加热棒循环工作的方法,用可编程控制器S7-200实现了电加热棒的调度控制,提高了油气电加热设备的整体寿命。
Operational life of electric heating rods in electric heating device of oil-gas are basically the same.In the case of dissatisfaction load,some have been running,some idle,causing electric heating rods lower overall service life.Based on optimal control theory,the electric heating rods method of cycle work is established,dispatching control of electric heating rods is realized by PLC S7—200,and the overall life is improved.
