摘要 对大跨度连续刚构桥悬臂浇筑法施工的应力和线形控制方法进行了研究。具体方法是:先计算桥梁结构理想状态,后根据实测结果进行参数识别,修正计算模型;并及时监测桥梁在悬臂施工各个工况下的挠度和应力,根据实测结果与模型计算结果的对比分析,给出合理的预拱度。这一方法应用于某大桥的施工监控实践,使桥梁施工质量受控,成桥后的结构线形和内力满足设计要求。 Some research on the stress and line shape controlling method for super-span continuous rigid frame structure bridge built are conducted by balanced cantilever construction.The method is as following: firstly,calculated the ideal state of structure.Then,according to the survey results,identified the parameter and modified the calculation model.In addition,monitored the deflection and stress of structure on time in each condition,then determined the proper camber based on the measured results which compared to the calculated results.Finally the method was applied in the process of construction control for some bridge.It insured the construction quality,and the line shape as well as the stress of structure meets the design requirements in the end.
