摘要 航母舰载机调运作业环境差、空间狭窄、调运设施特殊等特点决定了航母舰载机调运作业流程需要合理的规划设计,以避免调运的无序混乱,提高调运作业效率。以俄航母舰载机出库操作任务为原型,构建了舰载机调运作业流程交通网模型,并通过模型分析对调运作业流程时序提出了建议及优化,可为舰载机调运作业流程的规划设计提供决策依据。 Carrier aircraft handling poor working environment,room for narrow,special characteristics of transporting facilities,carrier aircraft determine the need for handling the work of rational planning process designed to avoid handling the disorderly confusion,improve dispatching efficiency.The Russian aircraft carriers operating out of the task for the prototype database,build a carrier-based aircraft handling traffic network model work processes and transported through the model of the workflow and optimization of timing recommendations for carrier-based aircraft handling the work of the planning process designed to provide a basis for decision making.
