摘要 随着现代化工业的飞速发展,对能源利用率的要求越来越高,由于工业锅炉在生活中使用广泛,其控制和管理要求也越来越高。介绍了两台供暖锅炉控制系统的DCS系统设计,控制系统运用PLC实现整体控制,运用变频器调节鼓风、引风和炉排电动机,运用工业计算机实现上位机监控,利用PLC的PID功能,对锅炉系统采用先进的控制技术,不仅能够实现安全生产的目的,还能够节煤节电并能使排放更环保,具有很好的市场发展空间和投资收益前景。 With the rapid development of modern industries,the requirement on energy efficiency has become increasing.As the wide use of industrial boilers,its subsequent control and management demand has become more and more much.In this paper,DCS designs of two heating boiler's control system were introduced.PLC control systems were applied to achieve overall control.To regulate blast,cited wind and grate motor,an inverter was used.An industrial PC computer was used as a monitor.Using PLC's PID function and advanced control technology in the boiler system,not only can achieve the purpose of safety in production,but also can make emissions coal power-saving and more environmentally friendly,so it has good market development space and the prospects for investment income.
