新型太阳能集热墙空气间层温度场的模拟计算

摘要 建立新型结构的太阳能集热墙,它由单层高透型LOW-E玻璃、百叶形的太阳能吸收层、空气间层、聚苯板和实体墙构成。利用CFD技术,采用RNGk-ε两方程模型和太阳加载模型模拟了太阳能集热墙内部空气层的温度场;并建立了对比模型,其结构为双层普通玻璃、百叶形的太阳能吸收层、空气间层、聚苯板和实体墙。在相同模拟条件下对其空气间层的温度场进行了模拟计算。通过分析比较两种模型的模拟结果得出,新型结构的集热墙集热性能优于对比模型,节能效果显著。研究结果对太阳能集热墙的工程设计及进一步的研究有一定的参考价值。 A new structure of solar wall was steted up.It consists of a monolayer,single high transmissivity LOW-E glass,the solar absorption,the air layer,polystyrene board(EPS)and the solid wall.With the technology of CFD,used the models of RNG k-ε model and the solar load model,the temperature field in the internal of solar wall is simulated.And a comparative model is set up,its structure is double common glasses,shutter type solar energy absorption layer,the air layer,polystyrene board(EPS)and solid wall.The temperature field of air layer in the same conditions is simulated.Through the analysis and comparison of the two models,The heat conduction performance of the new structure of solar wall is better than the comparison model.The new solar wall achieves evident energy saving effect.This research results will have the certain reference value on engineering design and further study of solar wall.
