摘要
为了能够更好的确定办公建筑空调系统设计方案和设备选型,以广州某办公建筑为例,介绍了模拟工具辅助工程设计方法,利用建筑热环境模拟软件Dest进行了详细的建筑逐时能耗模拟,完成了全年8760小时的动态负荷计算,进而对此办公建筑分析了空调负荷频率和时间频率随空调负荷率的变化规律,对办公建筑空调系统的设备选型,时间控制等方面内容有一定的指导意义,更有利于减少建筑设备的初投资,降低空调系统的运行费用。
In order to determine the office building air conditioning system design scheme and the equipment selection bitterly,taking some office building in guangzhou for example,the design method of the aided engineering simulation tool was introduced.Using the building thermal environment simulation software dest to analyse details of building dynamic energy consumption,dynamic load calculation annual of 8 760 hours was completed.Then the air conditioning load frequency and time frequency with air conditioning load ratio changed for the building are analysed.It will have some guiding significance for equipment selection and control of air conditioning system of office building,The construction equipment investment and operation cost of air conditioning system are reduced greatly.
