摘要
对食品中测定三聚氰胺与三聚氰酸残留的前处理、分离与检测方法进行综述,比较了GC-MS、HPLC、LC-MS/MS、ELISA四种方法用于食品中三聚氰胺与三聚氰酸残留检测的优缺点,并对此类检测方法的发展趋势进行了展望。
This paper reviewed the extraction,isolation and analysis of melamine and cyanuric acid,then compared the relative benefits and drawbacks of GC-MS,LC-MS,LC and ELISA which were used in the determination of melamine and cyanuric acid residues in food.Furthermore the development trends of their detection methods were also viewed.
