摘要
水平井技术已逐渐成为油田提高采收率和开发综合效益的重要手段,国内外应用情况表明,钻遇在低渗透油藏的水平井,不经过压裂酸化改造很难达到工业开采价值。从区域地质特征及井况条件出发,充分研究了压裂液、支撑剂选择、压裂管柱结构以及压裂规模等方面,通过优化设计,确定了适合低渗低压水平井的压裂的前置多段塞、大排量造缝、降排量携砂及施工方案优化等压裂技术措施。对红台2-17井进行了大型压裂施工试验,取得了较好的增产效果,为国内低渗储层低压水平气井压裂提供了宝贵的经验。
It is difficult to get commercial output for horizontal wells in tight gas reservoirs before fracturing and acidizing. Especially in low pressure reservoirs, fracturing was not easy to perform. A study: and application of horizontal well fracturing in low pressure tight gas reservoir on the basis of regional geological features, wells conditions, fracturing fluid and proppant analysis are presented. This technique includes multi-plug lead fluid, high displacement during creating fractures period, low displacement during carrying sand period, and so on. It is applied on HT2-17 of Tuha oilfield China, which enhanced the gas production in a large degree. This research can be used as the basis of horizontal well fracturing in the development of low pressure tightgas reservoir.
