摘要
应用Fluent软件对天然气管道的投产置换过程进行了数值模拟,分别得到了氮气置换空气及天然气置换氮气时所需液氮量及置换时间随管道长度、直径、压力的变化规律,该置换规律的研究为大口径天然气管道无隔离器的氮气置换的生产工作提供了理论依据。
Applying Fluent software to do numerical simulation in the process of natural gas pipeline' s replacement, the amount of needed liquid nitrogen and replacement time with the change of pipeline length are obtained, diameter and stress at the moment of nitrogen replaced air and natural air replaced nitrogen separately. The results brought in theoretical references to nitrogen replacement production with no isolator.
