快速运动估计算法在视频监控中的应用研究

摘要 针对H.264视频编码过程中运动估计所占时间大的问题,采用全零块预判算法和提前终止算法相结合的方法,提出了一种适合视频监控图像的快速运动估计算法。此算法可以在保证图像质量的前提下降低动估计占用的时间,提高编码速度。 Considering the problem of using lots of motion estimation time in H. 264 video encoding, a fast motion estimation algorithm that fits the surveillance video is put forward. The algorithm combines all-zero block predict algorithm and pre-termination algorithm, and reduces motion estimation time while ensure the image quality, and improves the encoding speed.
