摘要
基于MSC.Patran/Nastran对一机翼盒段结构进行了复合材料结构改型设计与精细分析。通过线性屈曲分析与非线性分析,对比平直梁腹板和带曲度的蒙皮壁板稳定性受非线性的影响,揭示出曲板稳定计算分析时考虑非线性的重要性及线性预测的价值。在进行非线性分析与结构改型设计时,应用小片子模型数值实验技术,加快了整个细节研究的工作进程,对于工程中类似大型模型计算与改进具有一定的借鉴意义。对于数值分析时遇到的边界约束条件的影响、由于肋缘条转折或局部刚度不匹配引起的应力集中等问题也做了一定探讨,得出的一些结论对工程实践有参考价值。
A buckling analysis in monolithic oil segment of a composite laminated wing box using MSC. Patran/ Nastran software system is carried out. Through linear buckling analysis and nonlinear analysis, comparing the affection of nonlinear factor in flat sternum and the wing cover with curvature, it revealed the significance to take nonlinear factor into account on buckling analysis of curved plate and the value of the prediction of the linear analysis. The using of patch test in nonlinear analysis accelerated the course of the whole research, so this practice may be used for reference in analogous analysis and amelioration of large engineer models. At the course of the research, the thesis also discussed the influence of the constrain conditions, stress concentration due to turn of cap strip or no match in local rigidity, and the conclusions of these discussion have referential value in engineering practice.
