大型民机起落架着陆性能仿真分析与优化设计 被引量:17

摘要 以正在研发的大型民机主起落架为原型,开发了起落架缓冲器参数快速设计程序,建立了适用于Adams/Aircraft软件的起落架着陆性能仿真模型,并进行了落震仿真,仿真结果满足预期要求。并以缓冲器轴向力和缓冲器效率为目标函数,以油针截面面积为设计变量建立了起落架缓冲性能优化设计模型。运用iSIGHT联合Adams对起落架油针的几何形状进行了优化设计,取得了良好的效果,具有一定的工程参考价值。 The program for shock absorber parameters was made for main landing gear of the large civil airplane. A model for dynamic analysis of landing gear impact was established on Adams/Aircraft. There is a good correspondence between the simulation result and required result. A shock-absorbing characteristics optimization design model was set up with axial force and effectiveness of shock strut as objectives and metering pin section areas as variables respectively based on the drop functional virtual prototyping. Optimization design of landing gear metering pin section areas has been conducted based on iSIGHT combined with Adams/Aircraft. The result is good and worthy of engineering reference.
