使用中消毒剂污染杆菌的耐药性研究 被引量:1

摘要 我们对分离自230份使用中消毒剂的44株杆菌进行了药敏试验,结果显示,G+杆菌和G-杆菌对青霉素类抗生素耐药率较高,其中对P100%耐药,而对NOR、N、GM、TM等较敏感。G+杆菌和G-杆菌对P等14种抗生素的多重耐药率分别为80.0%和63.16%,G+杆菌的耐药谱以P-AM-CB-SXT最多,占40.00%,G-杆菌则以P—AM—CB—SXT和P两种谱型最多,均为21.05%。 The antibiotic-sensitivity tests were performed in 44 strains of bacilli isolated from 230 pieces of in-use disinfectants. The results showed that the antibiotic-resistant rate of the G 4 bacilli and the G- bacilli were high to the kinds of penicillins antibintics, but sensitive to the NOR. N. GM and TM. The multiresistant rate to the penicillin etal. 14 kinds of antibiotics of the G+ and the G- bacilli were 80. 0% and 63.16% respectively. The antibiotic--resistant patterns of the G+ bacilli mainly cosist of AM-P-SXT-CB, accounting for 40. 0%, and the G- bacilli mainly consist of AM-P-SXT-CB and P, both accounting for 21. 05%.
