卫生防疫站综合质量的定量评估

A MATHEMATICAL STATISTICS METHOD TO EVALUATE COMPREHENSIVELY THE WHOLE QUALITY OF HEALTH AND ANTI-EPIDEMIC STATIONS

卫生防疫站综合质量的评估是一项复杂而细致的工作，它包含众多方面的因素，因此用传统的定性评估的方法很难达到符合实际的准确要求。为此笔者提出用模糊关系距阵的数学统计方法来解决卫生防疫站综合质量的评估。

The general evaluation of health and anti-epidemic stationsl whole quality is a kind of complicated and careful work. It contains many factors from different aspect. If the traditional method of qualitative evaluation is adopted. The result is impossible to accord with the actual demands accurately. So this paper puts forward that mathematical statistics method of matrix of fuzzy relation should be used to evaluate the whole quality of health and anti-epidemic stations comprehensively.
