摘要
干部人事制度是指党和国家关于干部人事工作的规章制度的总称。党的历史就是一部党的干部工作史,折射了我国干部人事制度变迁的轨迹。科学化、民主化、制度化是干部人事制度改革的价值目标和实践指向。从科学化、民主化、制度化的视角来思考干部人事制度改革的路径,逐步形成中国特色社会主义干部人事制度体系的总体思路。
Cadre and personnel system is a generic term for all the regulations and principles established by the CPC and Chinese government to guide the cadre and personnel related work. The history of the CPC can be seen as a history of cadre-related work, reflecting the historical change of Chi nese cadre and personnel system. The reform of the system aims at setting up a scientific, democratic and institutionalized cadre and personnel system.
